Zakhar Pashutin comes back to CSKA

PBC CSKA has signed a new 3-years contract with the guard of the Russian National Team Zakhar Pashutin. Last season he played in Ural Great Perm and won the Russian Cup.

After the signing of new contract Zakhar answered several questions of our site.

Did you think long about CSKA offer?

- Of course, no. Coaching staff and CSKA management decided to return me to the team and I agreed, of course. I am glad to return to the Army club. I like Moscow and this team. CSKA takes aim to the highest places in all tournaments. Every professional player must be glad to receive an offer from such team.

How can you evaluate last season?

- I think that I played on a good level. We won the Russian Cup with Ural Great. During the season we played not bad.

What is the difference between CSKA and Ural-Great?

- I think that there is no big difference except organization questions. CEO of CSKA Sergey Kushchenko has created Ural-Great. CSKA is just more professional.

Will it be difficult for you to play against Perm?

- Of course, Perm left a part of it in my heart. I liked to play in Perm and I liked local fans. It will not be difficult for me to play against them, but in other games I will support Ural-Great.

Would it be easy for you to join to the team?

- I suppose that yes. I know many players of the club, I played with the most part of them. And I hope to make good relations with new players.
