The American player signed 1-month agreement with option to stay until the end of the season.
South Florida University alumnus started his pro career with Delaware of D-League in 2014-15 season. He moved to Europe after signing with Nizhny Novgorod where he played alongside Semen Antonov. Victor played for Maccabi Tel Aviv last season (10.1 points, 4.3 rebounds in 30 EuroLeague games), he played for Gazyantep in Turkey this season.
The forward averaged 11.0 points, 7.4 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.7 steals and 0.4 blocked shots in 16 Turkish League games, 12.9 points, 7.8 rebounds, 1.8 assists, 1.2 steals, 0.5 blocked shots in 12 Champions League games.

We decided to sign Victor because of injury problems that we have. He is an experienced player, he played for Nizhny, he had a taste of EuroLeague with Maccabi last season. Besides Rudd can play multiple positions. We hope he will be able to help us. The coaching staff and players will do everything possible to help him adopt our system.
