Moscow army team by the charter flight from the airport Vnukovo-3 went to Kaunas where they will meet with local Zalgiris in the last game of the regular championship of Euroleague. There are 13 players in CSKA squad.
Moscow army team by the charter flight from the airport Vnukovo-3 went to Kaunas where they will meet with local Zalgiris in the last game of the regular championship of Euroleague. There are 13 players in CSKA squad. Later the coach staff will decide who of them will participate in the tomorrow game.
The flight took come more then an hour and a half. A lot of local journalists have met our team in the airport. They attacked players and Dusan Ivkovic with the questions about tomorrow game. Several boys asked every player and coaches for an autograph. When local service workers saw that CSKA took to Kaunas drum they smiled. They said that local fans will crows so much that nobody will hear the sound of the drum.
That the team went to the hotel. It was like we are in Moscow yet. Grey winter weather, underground, yellow buses – it looked like our capital. Several journalists were waiting for the team in the hotel. Right after accommodation CSKA went to have a dinner. There were vegetable salad, soup, traditional spaghetti and potato with turkey in the menu. After the dinner players went to their numbers to have a rest.
In the evening they will go to the arena Sporto Hale (4700 spectators) to have a 2-hour practice. All tickets for the game between Zalgiris and CSKA are already sold. So, tomorrow our team will play with the full tribunes.
