Today morning Ural Great Perm had a 2-hour practice in USH CSKA. After the end of it the head coach of our tomorrow opponent Sergey Belov agreed to answer several questions.

- Why there so many young playrs in your roster?
This season the politic of Ural Great has chnged. Now our main goal - to get stabilisation in all directions. Our management decided to give the chance to our juniors. Also we have several experienced players who must become the leaders. Young players must help them and show their self.
What are your tasks for this season?
I am working in Ural Great for the sixth yera in a row. All this time I never heard about some special tasks. Despite of some troubles, we want to win every game.
There were many articles in press where other coaches named your team traditionally strong. What is the tradition?
Our power in your character. In 10 year from the foundation Ural Great found its own character.
We are going to fight for the medals. But there will nor be the tragedy if we lose. Our fans keeps with us for 10 years. This situation can show who are our real fans. I think that we will not stay without their support, and in the game against CSKA too.
