Against Panionios without Siskauskas
Tomorrow in Moscow CSKA will meet one of the hottest teams in Euroleague – Panionios Athens. Forward Ramunas Siskauskas will miss the game due to injury.

CSKA best scorer in Euroleague twisted his ankle stepping on the foot of the teammate during Monday evening practice. Primary check revealed no bone damages but the final diagnosis and estimated rehabilitation period time will be known after MRI which is planned for Thursday. “One more serious loss for us, - Ettore Messina said. – We lost two starting guards already, first Holden, now Siskauskas”.

CSKA roster will also miss injured J R Holden and Artem Zabelin. The only loss for Panionios is experienced Yannis Giannulis. At the same time the team from Athens has an addition - former CSKA player Dimos Dikoudis officially signed on December 1st.

Panionios arrived to Moscow on Tuesday. The practice on the court of USH CSKA was planned for the evening.

“We will meet the team which won three out of four games recently and at the same time we coming off the tough loss in Milan, - Ettore Messina said. - I am sure that Panionios will be absolutely different team comparing to our game in Athens. We are preparing very seriously and I think the aggressive defense should be the key for us.”
