Yesterday most of the foreign players of PBC CSKA arrived in Moscow in order to start preparations for the season. The only exception is Theodoros Papaloukas who is with the National team in Japan and by the way we want to congratulate our player whose team qualified for the Top-4 at the World championship...
Yesterday most of the foreign players of PBC CSKA arrived in Moscow in order to start preparations for the season. The only exception is Theodoros Papaloukas who is with the National team in Japan and by the way we want to congratulate our player whose team qualified for the Top-4 at the World championship.
The first player to arrive in Moscow was David Andersen. Two hours later came Tomas Van Den Spiegel. It is funny but Moscow airports sorted the players by position. The centers arrived to Domodedovo. All the other players and the coaches came to Sheremet’evo.
According to the schedule the first meeting of Ettore Messina and Emanuele Molin with David Vanterpool and Trajan Langdon should took place at the airport. But unfortunately we were unable to take a shot of the meeting. Two Americans waited for their luggage for too long and Messina was in a rush to get to CSKA.
Matjaz Smodis family became a kind of champion for the number of bags they brought. But it was a great chance for two Matjaz’s kids to ride a trolley with their dad as a motor.
Today the team is going to have the first practice of the 2006/07 season.
