Yesterday Russian Junior National Team played forth match at European Championship, which is taking place in Saragossa, Spain. Our National Team confidently won against Georgian team with the score 94:65
Yesterday Russian Junior National Team played forth match at European Championship, which is taking place in Saragossa, Spain. Our National Team confidently won against Georgian team with the score 94-65.
The powerful contribution to a victory was brought by players from Junior Team CSKA – Nikita Kurbanov and Nikita Shabalkin. Kurbanov has played 31 minutes, scoring 27 points and grabbing 20 rebounds, becoming most valuable player of the game. Shabalkin in 23 minutes added to the team 20 points and 9 rebounds. Now Nikita Kurbanov with 89 points leading list of snipers of the tournament (averaging 22,3 per game).
One more CSKA player – Georgiy Tsintsadze playing for Georgian National Team in 37 minutes scored 18 points and made 5 assists.
Today at 16:00 (MT) Russian Junior National Team will play final game in group «A» with the leader of that National Team of France. Into the next round of Championship will go best four teams out of six teams from the group.
