Khryapa will continue recovering in Moscow
CSKA forward Victor Khryapa yesterday returned to Moscow from Italy, where he participated in the national team practicing sessions. He had additional medical testing on injured ankle. His participation in the Olympics remains questionable.

MRI revealed torn ligaments in Khryapa's ankle. According to doctors, Victor should not put the weight on his ankle for a week. It is anticipated that he will resume on court practicing only on August, 10.

- It's a pity that I have to stop preparing for the Olympics, - Khryapa said. - But in Italy, I could not practice at full strength. I stepped onto the parquet only a day before yesterday, and not because of basketball - just to be with the team. Today we talked on the phone with general manager Sergei Tarakanov and decided to discuss my future on the team after it's return to Moscow.
