Eugeny Pashutin: Our Tasks Are The Highest
Last Tuesday CSKA junior team moved to 1/64 of Russian Cup by defeating Dynamo-RGAFK. We congratulated the head coach of the team Eugeny Pashutin with the win and asked him for an interview:

What are your tasks for this season?

- The highest as always in CSKA. Last season junior team played in Final Four in Barcelona. This season we can’t play worse. We want to do our best in the Junior basketball league, in the Russian cup and other tournaments.

What are your first impressions from the new work?

- The best. I like all what I do. Organization of our work is very good, so I just need to come and do mo work. The impressions are the best. Of course, that’s not very easy for player to become the coach. But I’ll try to do it as soon as I can.

Can you allocate somebody personally?

- No, all my players are the same. They all have chances to move to CSKA. It is not enough just to have talent. You need work hard if you want to become a good player.

Are the coaches of CSKA helps you?

- Yes. They give us any information that we need. But CSKA has its own tasks, and we prefer to work by our self.
