We asked CSKA head coach Ettore Messina to give us comments on the Euroleague draw that was held tonight in Jesolo, Italy:
- As usual we have a very tough group. TAU, Olympiacos, Prokom and Montepaschi are true Euroleague title contenders, not to mention the rest who are also very strong teams with the highest goals. So we should be focused on getting to the Top-16.
CSKA is scheduled to play in the Opening game of the Euroleague for the first time in the club history. What do you think about the opportunity?
- It would be the first Opening game for me, too. But it is also a great chance to meet our friends that helped us a lot last season. I mean the newcomers of the Polish club: Oskar Torres and Tomas Van Den Spiegel.

- For me it is very special. We would visit my home city Bologna and we would play Virtus, the club I worked for a great part of my career. I am excited about the opportunity. I hope the fans still remember me. And it would be a very special game for me.
