CSKA in the Finals: closer to the title
Khimky tried to show their best in the second game of the series. But the rival misses some points in the play in order to put the real pressure on CSKA. Before the series would move to Khimki on Saturday the Army club is just one win away from the title.

CSKA - Khimki: 81-68

Ettore Messina, CSKA head coach:

- Tonight the game was more complicated. Khimki seemed to be ready to show their best basketball, they had Wolkowysky on the court. In the start of the game we did not pass the ball well in the offense. Only in the second quarter we managed to start playing good defense and to make fast breaks. The fast breaks were important tonight as we did not shoot well. We would like to play well in the third game the most important is to play with passion.

Tonight Nikita Kurbanov got injured. The injury does not seem to be a simple one so the player would miss the rest of the series. We would be able to provide more information tomorrow.

Sergei Elevich, Khimki head coach:

- CSKA was just stronger tonight. We tried to show our best, to be focused on the game but still we made too much mistakes in the defense. Although I know we looked better in compare with yesterday game. I did not want Ruben to play tonight, he still has the problem with his eye, but he asked for it himself. I hope that he would be able to provide us more help in the 3rd game. Khimki wuld not give up and would try to do the best to win the next game.
