Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to the team, we played nearly perfect for three quarters. In comparison to our last VTB League game here it was day and night in means of effort. We spent 27 days travelling with injuries and other obstacles. Now we had hustle points, rebounds, deflections, steals. Surely, we let down a bit in the fourth quarter, but Khimki is a talented team. We played great team game and had our spirit. I would like to say also that we live through sad days for basketball. I have no personal contact with Kobe Bryant but I deeply touched by the tragedy. The way he influenced the game, the way he brought people to basketball, made them love the game is amazing. My deepest condolences to the families of all nine persons who died in this tragic incident.
