Zakharov took part in the practice of the main team

For the first time this season CSKA A team asked for the assistance of the young one. Guard Maxim Zakharov took part in the evening practice. The head coach of the team Ettore Messina explained that David Vanterpool and Vladimir Dyachok followed the special program of preparations and could take part only in the several parts of the practice. Of course after the end of the session the young player had a lot of impressions.

- I was in the state of shock when I heard that the A team invites me to the practice, - says Zakharov. – I thought it was a joke when the young team administrator Nikolay Romashkin called me and told the news. I realized that it was true only when I entered the hall. I waited for the coach, we talked for a while… To tell you the truth I had the jitters but after the warm up I started to fell more comfortable, even scored several times. Besides the warm up I took part in sparring – played against Langdon and Zavoruev, but the interplays the team worked out without me.
