According to a poll conducted by the popular sports magazine Mtavari, Tsintsadze, who played last season for the club Basco Batumi, was recognized as the best player in the Georgian league and also the discovery of the year for the 2002-03 season. Furthermore, the 17-year-old guard was included in the symbolic 1st All Georgian Team.
