Krasnodar is now included to the list of cities visited by our team. Local arena will host Lokomotiv-Kuban – CSKA game on Sunday.
Krasnodar is the south pole of Russian basketball geography and the place, closest to Adygea, the homeland of legendary army team physiotherapist Asker Bartcho. No surprise, at the hotel doors Ded was warmly greeted with numerous relatives and friends.
Transaero flight took the shortened CSKA roster again. Injured Matjaz Smodis and Victor Keyru stayed in Moscow, Pops Mensah-Bonsu left to London for a weekend to resolve family issues.
