Intelligence and size
Our team will host Parma Perm in the first home game of the season.

Pre-game breakdown

The Army Men practically had no chance to rest in the tough schedule. The team returned from the trip to Krasnoyarsk late at night on Saturday and visited USH CSKA twice on Sunday: for video analysis in the morning and practice in the evening.

Kosta Koufos (foot injury) remains out for CSKA. Ron Baker is not on the team’s VTB League roster.

Tony Carr, Alexander Platunov and Gleb Sheiko are on Parma’s injured list.

Word to the coach

Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
We deserved to lose to Enisey, they played better. But I hope that after long morning video session and afternoon practice we got it. In my career I like to get the messages, smart people will learn something out of that. Parma has a new team, very intelligent and sized. They go on offensive boards like crazy, this is one of the keys – to protect our boards and win rebounding battle. It’s another tough game for us. We need every game to look as a team more and more.
