Today afternoon CSKA went to Vrsac (Serbia and Montenegro) to the first international part of the pre-season camp. Some players still did not return from the national teams, that is why the coaching staff decided to take some players of the junior team.

Today afternoon CSKA went to Vrsac (Serbia and Montenegro) to the first international part of the pre-season camp. Some players still did not return from the national teams, that is why the coaching staff decided to take some players of the junior team. There are 12 players in the roster now: Theodoros Papaloukas, Marcus Brown, Nikita Shabalkin, David Andersen, Vassily Zavoruev, Dimos Dikoudis, Jon Robert Holden, Eugeny Kolesnikov, Yaroslav Korolev, Nikita Kourbanov, Valery Likhodey and Antonio Granger.

On September, 11 and 13 CSKA will participate in the international tournament The Big Ones For The Small Ones in Vrsac (80 km from Belgrade). Other participants are local Partizan and Hemofarm and Makedonikos from Greece. In 2002 army team won this tournament beating PAOK in the final.

On September, 13 CSKA will remove to Belgrade, and next day they will have a flight to Udine (Italy). There the army team will participate in the tournament against Benetton, Fortitudo, Snaidero, Montepaschi and Cibona.
