Our club won the Team of the Year award by Bolshoi Sport magazin.
The Friends of Bolshoi Sport gala event took place in the Mir Concert Hall on November 7. Famous TV reporter Natalia Klark and artistic gymnastics European champion Emin Garibov were hosting the ceremonies. The best athletes in Russia were awarded by the special prizes from the only monthly sports magazine in the country.
Our team was not in the country due to away Euroleague game but President Andrey Vatutin addressed the guests through the video message. Head of CSKA Board of Veterans Sergey Tarakanov went to the stage to receive the awards from the hands of another Olympic champion, Irina Soumnikova.
