CSKA played the first game during the camp in Vatutinki that should help the team to get ready for the Youth Superleague Tournament. But in order to meet the Dynamo Moscow team of the same age the team came back for a while in Moscow. The game was held at USH CSKA.

CSKA played the first game during the camp in Vatutinki that should help the team to get ready for the Youth Superleague Tournament. But in order to meet the Dynamo Moscow team of the same age the team came back for a while in Moscow. The game was held at USH CSKA.

In the first half the Army players did not succeed at all. The team were not quite themselves. In the middle of the second quarter the team even started to loose 20-32. This part of the game was marked only with the come back of Mikhail Lyapah. The forward who was at the try-outs with the team in September signed a contract and joined CSKA five days ago.

CSKA changed the game style after the half time break. The team finally started to how the character that helped to win the tournament in Kaunas or to qualify to the 1/16 finals of the Russian Cup. The players were more focused on the game. The transformation was a surprise for Dynamo and the rival could not get used to the changes of CSKA mood and the brand new rhythm of the game. The four 3-pointers of Konstantin Babynin in the last quarter made CSKA win even more impressive – 84-62.
