Russian Superleague game of our team against Khimki on Saturday has a special meaning. Both teams are to rehabilitate themselves before the fans: CSKA – for the rout in Siena, Khimki – for two losses to CSKA this season.
It is expected that the hosts will come onto the court with optimal roster – with the exception of Terence Morris (not eligible to play in Superleague) and Artem Zabelin (knee). Khimki will miss injured Maciej Lampe, Carlos Delfino and Vladimir Dyatchok.
“We are coming off the tough loss in Siena, so it will be difficult for us. - Ettore Messina said.
At the same time the game against Khimki is the opportunity to restore team’s confidence and to get back to the winning rhythm.”
