Our team will finish the VTB United League championship with the game against Avtodor Saratov.
“Despite the fact that the game has no meaning for the standings because we already secured the first place, it is still very important for us,” CSKA head coach Dimitris Itoudis said. “We want to finish this phase with a victory. Avtodor is a good team, playoffs participant so we want to show our respect to the opponent, to the game, our profession and the fans who will come to support us.”
The Army Men will have the same players available as they had for the series against Panathinaikos. Vitaly Fridzon (broken finger) practices individually, Ivan Strebkov remains in the junior team.
