Our team will face Baskonia in the next game on the EuroLeague Regular Season…
With new-old name
Our team will face Baskonia in the next game on the EuroLeague Regular Season.

The club from Vitoria is not named Laboral Kutxa as it was in the Final Four in Berlin anymore. The team bore sponsorship names for many years though in fact Baskonia remained its real name. Now, when the financial company does not provide money appropriate to mention its name in the official documents, the club just returned its historical label.

“Baskonia has size and speed at the same time,” CSKA head coach Dimitris Itoudis. “They rely on their big men Voigtmann and Bargnani who play pops after screens most of the time, Tillie and Diop help them a lot. Their point of emphasis in the post is Shengelia. Larkin is the center of their offense; he creates off pick-and-rolls and isolations, he drives and kicks. Beaubois, Blazic, Hanga are capable to create damage for opponent teams. We expect it to be difficult, our opponents play good and aggressive basketball, so we need our full attention to every aspect of the game, another one in our long marathon.”
