Kaun’s knee surgery a success
Our team’s center Alexander Kaun underwent successful surgery on his chronically injured patellar tendon of left knee in Cleveland Clinic today. It is estimated that player’s rehabilitation will take around 3 months.

Dr. Richard Parker who performed the surgery mentioned that there were no surprises, the procedure took place according to the plan and the diagnosis was confirmed. The surgery’s goal is to excise of the diseased component of the patellar tendon and placement of PRP membrane to enhance healing.

Alexander will leave the clinic on Friday’s evening and will go home to Kansas City where he will continue rehabilitation process in the medical center of local football team.
