Today Euroleague 3x3 tournament took place in Festifalny park in Moscow as a part of forthcoming Final Four. The fine sunny weather attracted many teams and visitors to this championship.
Today Euroleague 3x3 tournament took place in Festifalny park in Moscow as a part of forthcoming Final Four. The fine sunny weather attracted many teams and visitors to this championship.
96 men teams and 12 women teams became the participants of this tournament. Army team (Sergey Kushchenko, Eugeny Pashutin, Sergey Bazarevic and CSKA retiredplayer Andrey Spiridonov) played in the VIP-tournament which took its start in the middle of the day on the main court.
On the preliminary stage CSKA team defeat team of Moskovskiy Komsomolets (11-9), Sport TV (15-11). In the semifinal they won in the game against Reebok 3x3: 9-6. In the final Army team defeat team of Russian Basketball Federation (head coach of NT Sergey Babkov, coaches of junir NT Dmitry Shakulin and Andrey Malcev and center Mikhail Mikhailov): 14-10.
Except the game traditional basketball contests also took place in Festivalny park. Wiiners of the contests were awarded by tickets to Final Four, Molten balls and prizes from CSKA.
