From November 13 till November 15 CSKA junior team will participate in the second round of Russian championship. The games against Dynamo, Triumph and Spartak Saint-Petersburg will be played in Trinta Sports School – on the home court of our junior team.

“As usually we have maximum goals, - the team’s head coach Andrey Maltsev said. – We lost to Dynamo in the first round and now we are placed 1-2 in the standings so we are aimed for revenge. Due to the system of competitions everyone can use players from the main team aged under 23 and some of our opponents take advantage of the possibility to provide their promising players with additional playing time. As for us we do not expect any reinforcements because CSKA has a number of injuries and the team will travel to Far East. Moreover, Maxim Zakharov is also practicing with the main team and as likely as not he can be used by Ettore Messina. Nevertheless we understand that the tournament system allows every participant to win on the given night because every round is played only once in a month”.
