From this season on it is forbidden to smoke inside the Universal Sports Hall CSKA. There would be the special signs in the former smoking areas. The only chance for the audience to smoke would be at the half time break, outside of the hall. On the way back one would have to demonstrate the ticket.

The rule-breakers would be asked to leave the hall immediately and would loose a chance to see the game.
As for the pipes, it is forbidden to use them as an object that can be thrown on the court. The precedent took place at the game of the National team. The pipes would be withdrawn from the owner.
