CSKA - Dynamo SPb: 96-56

‘We started the game nervous that can be explained by the fact it was the first game of the tournament and also we had to recover psychologically after the loss against UNIKS-2. Also several players were not completely ready for the game because they were recovering from the injuries. They are Shved, Polokhin and Golovin. I tried to divide the time on the court between the players into equal parts with two exceptions. Golovin played only 7 minutes as he did not recover completely and Tyumentsev on the other side played 24 minutes as it was important for the center to become self sure. He spent the great game offensively.

As for the defensive part of the game, I can not mention a name of any player who showed his best on this side. We made mistakes on the rebound, we jumped on the ball… I hope we would perform better tomorrow. This time we would have a chance to see the video record of the rival play before the game’.
