Forward Andrey Vorontsevich (25 y.o., 207 cm) decided not to use the option of his contract which allowed him to move to the NBA this offseason.
Currently the player is under 3-year contract signed last summer.

I am glad to see the interest from NBA clubs but I think it is better for me from professional point of view to stay with CSKA. The arrival of Ettore Messina excites me. Surely we will have to work even more individually and as a team but at the same time that increases our chances for the victory we need so much. Hopefully health problems stayed behind. I will start individual practices from the beginning of August to get into good shape when the preseason camp starts.
