Our team is ready to host BETCITY Parma at Megasport, the team that have broken into the top four of the VTB League...

A fair place in the top four

After three straight...

The Ural team's success this season began with a home victory over the Army Men. Perhaps it was that game that inspired confidence and revived Parma's players, who had lost their opening two games of the season. Since then, things have improved for Evgeny Pashutin's men, and they approach their next meeting with CSKA Moscow on the back of three straight VTB League victories and in fourth place in the standings.

All the foreign players remain in the leading positions. First on the team in scoring is Brendan Adams (16.9 points, 6.2 assists, 39.3% three-point shooting), followed by his namesake Jaylen Adams (13.7 points, 4.0 assists, 1.5 steals, 49.2% three-point shooting), Terrell Carter (11.4 points, 5.9 rebounds), and Victor Sanders (11.2 points, 3.4 assists). Young big man Gleb Firsov (11.1 points, 4.9 assists in 15.7 minutes) plays a key role.

A reminder of the seriousness

The Muscovites prepared for the game practically without a day off, except for the evening after the long return from Krasnodar. The team held a full practice in Krylatskoye on Sunday and moved to Megasport on Monday. Tonye Jekiri, who is working out individually, did not train with his teammates.

"We need to remind ourselves once again of the dangers of underestimating our opponents," says CSKA head coach Andreas Pistiolis. "Parma is a very serious team, and they rightfully occupy fourth place in the standings. If we don't play at 100 percent, our opponents could cause us trouble. I hope our fans will help us, and we can give them a win."
