Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to the team, all our players and fans. We did a good job tonight, we controlled the game. They dominated for three quarters, were better on rebounds, we shot better, had clear ideas in defense and offense. Obviously, in the previous game, Khimki played overtime, and an “extra” day was in our favor. I can’t be happy with the last quarter, in which we made nine turnovers - we have no right to disrespect the game. At the same time, the situation could have been better, because we missed a couple of layups and Vanya [Ukhov] missed free throws. At the same time, six players scored in double-digits for us, and we managed to distribute the playing time, which is especially important in the sequence of games against strong opponents that we are going through. Thanks to the fans for their support! Good luck to Khimki!
