CSKA junior team continues to win in Junior basketball league. Now they improved their record to 8-0. Toda in the game of the semifinal they defeat Saratov team.


Avtodor (Saratov) – CSKA: 58-80

It was very tough fight in the first quarter. To the 1 minute to the first rest Avtodor became a leader thanks 3-pointers of Yaroslav Korolev and Alexander Smirnov: 18-11. he army team could reach this advantage only in the middle of the second quarter. Eugeny Kolesnikov has started the winning spurt by the far throw. He scored 7 points, and the head coach of Saratov had to take time-out. After three quarters CSKA advantage was 17 points already: 40-56. To the 1 minute to the final buzzer Eugeny Pashutin team has reached the maximum advantage: 52-80. But in the last minute Saratov could score two 3-pointers and set the final score of the game.
