While Bayern rested in Moscow for two days after the game against Khimki at Mytishchi, the Army Men spent the day between the games to get back from Berlin. Upon arrival the team had a meeting and video session at USH CSKA.

Will Clyburn and Andrey Lopatin remain on the injured list.

The visitors are also have to play shorthanded. Nihad Djedovic, Vladimir Lucic, Matej Rudan, Zan Mark Sisko and Robert Amaize do not participate in this double trip.

The first thing that we carry about is to rest players, let them recover after road game. I spoke to everyone, they slept well. We flew back and we will do some basics from our routine - video and some stuff on the court. Even though Bayern had an extra day and they stayed in Moscow (this happens to us second time), we are going to try to be focused and ready for the game

The most important thing is to recover after difficult yesterday game, to approach Bayern game in our conditions. We don’t have much time for this, but it happened to us before. I think we will be ready to fight, especially on our home court. Hopefully, we will have many fans who support us. It is crucial to play our trademark defense. We were able to do it in our previous meeting, we did not allow them to get easy fast-break points and we covered their shooters on the free-point line.
