Dimitris Itoudis, CSKA head coach:
Congratulations to Nizhny. They won a spectacular game in means of fight and result. I want to point out that both teams shot poorly today. I can’t say it was the main reason but it’s tied to our recent return from a tough trip to Sassari. We didn’t practice before the game and we had two tough road games essentially back to back. We turned the ball over five times in overtime. Our players aren’t robots. They also need rest. But I want to say that this game should make us stronger, smarter and more motivated.
