Two veteran EuroLeague stars helped their teams continue winning streaks on Friday night and in the process ended up sharing the MVP of the Round honor. CSKA Moscow’s Nando De Colo added to his record by winning the 12th such award of his career, while James Gist of Panathinaikos Athens claimed the first MVP honor of his 164-game EuroLeague career.
In CSKA’s 92-78 home victory against FC Barcelona Lassa, De Colo scored 18 points on 5-for-8 two-point and 2-for-5 three-point shooting. De Colo also tied career highs with 11 assists and 4 steals on his way to a performance index rating of 30.
