On February, 13th in Belgrade CSKA-JBL team will start playing in the international tournament, a qualification for Junior Euroleague final which will be played in Berlin.
On the first day of the Euroleague Basketball Nike International Junior Classification Tournament CSKA will play in a group stage against Buducnost and FMP. The group’s winner qualifies for the semifinal games. Two best teams of Belgrade tournament will qualify for Berlin tournament.
“We started to practice with the full roster on Monday, - CSKA-JBL head coach Leonid Spirin said. Our players born in 1992 played for Moscow team in Russian Championship winning the gold medals. We also practiced without them for 10 days before the championship. Fortunately, everybody is healthy and ready to fight for the tickets to Berlin. We will have difficult schedule in Belgrade: we will play two games in four hours on a first day and the second game will be against the host team. It will not be easy because we did not play a single international game this season.”
