CSKA took its third straight Russian League crown to go with the national cup it had won earlier. Today Army team defeat Dynamo Moscow in the 4th game of the final serie. CSKA had control the game from the early beginning till the final buzzer.

The season is over. It was my last game with CSKA, my contract is finished. It was really good game and good final serie of high European level. We absolutely controlled the game all 40 minutes. Holden was great today, he played with very good percentage. I want to congratulate Dynamo with good game in the final.
I want to say may excuses to all CSKA fans and peoples of Moscow that we could not win Final Four. After that lose many newspapers wrote about us as losers. I am glad that my team has shown team character and winner character in the final. I want to congratulate all coaches, our medical staff, administration of the team, and of course our fantastic fans who were very close to the team in Russia and on our road games. I remember very good the game against Krka in Slovenia when 3 peoples specially came there to support us.
Many peoples says that I did not use much Russian players, but that is not true. Two year ago I did not agree to invite to the team Anthony Parker because I played with young Khryapa and Monya.
Now my contract is over, I want to wish good luck to CSKA and to the next coach of the team. He will come to the club with very good organization. I love my job and I want to continue it.

Now it is very difficult to talk. As you all saw, my team tried very much in this game. We did not give up until the end. I want to congratulate my players with the silver medals of Russian League.
