Andreas Pistiolis, CSKA head coach:
First of all, congratulations to Lokomotiv-Kuban – they deserved to win today. They wanted to win and fought harder than we did. I think we created good shots today, which were taken by good shooters. And when we started missing shots, we didn't react correctly, and that primarily affected our defensive composure. Now we need to go back to the drawing board and see what we can improve for the next game. I hope we get even more support from our fans. We want to see more people in the arena because these are the playoffs, the semifinals, and we need a full house.
Semen Antonov, CSKA captain:
Based on the result, it was a bad game because we lost at home after a long break. Lokomotiv-Kuban didn't really surprise us. We knew how they would play and that they're very strong in transition. And today probably wasn't our best day converting the shots we created. And thanks to that, Lokomotiv-Kuban could have scored easy points on the fast breaks, so it was all to be expected. Our shooting quality was disappointing.
